Persons residing in Bhutan who apply for a short or long stay visa to travel to France as a single or principal destination, must submit their application to VFS Global at the following physical address: Bhutan Visa Application Centre, Thimphu Plaza, 05th Floor, Chang Lam, P. O. Box 1730, Thimphu, Kingdom of Bhutan.
