Follow-up of your application to the Office for Refugee Families
You are a family member of a refugee and have just applied for a long-stay visa for family reunification abroad.
In order to improve the quality of the service, since 10 October the follow-up of your visa application is now exclusively online.
You will need :
- Your receipt number which was given to you when you submitted your visa application
- A valid e-mail address
- The address of the family member you wish to join in France (recognised by OFPRA as a refugee, subsidiary protected person or stateless person)
- The asylum application file number issued by OFPRA (9-digit number in the format XX-XX-XXXXX)
- The file reference provided by the Refugee Families Office / Visa Sub-Directorate (5-digit number)
